Authentic 1951 GE Model 404 tube radio in brown Bakelite with a classic automotive-style front and red dial pointer. Six-tube All-American Standard chassis with loop antenna for strong local AM reception. Originally priced at over $420 in today’s dollars. Restored for display/light use: filter caps and wax capacitors replaced, dial lamp restored, controls cleaned, cabinet detailed. Most of the label is missing. Ideal as a hero prop or background set dressing for 1950–1955 productions. Compact size and rich tone chamber suit nightstand scenes, kitchens, or detective-era offices.
