Al Hadeetha Proficiency Testing Services (AHPTS) is an Independently managed entity, a part of, Al Hadeetha Product Control and Quality Assessment Ltd at Basra, Iraq, which Company Establishment Certificate number is C.R. 83116-02, issued on 15th May, 2013, by Ministry of Trade, Directorate of Iraqi Company Registrations, Republic of Iraq.

AHPTS is a legal entity, managed independently, with a scope of ‘Providing Proficiency Testing Services’ mainly for Oil and Gas Industries and relevant Industrial Sectors. In order to avoid any conflict of interest, the Proficiency Management System is planned, implemented and managed in a such way to provide fair, unbiased and delivered the results on time without any external and internal interference.
